Do you have a customer referral program?
We're happy to reward our participants for sharing their experience! When you refer someone who registers and pays for their first session, you'll receive a 20% discount to use on one of your future sessions as our way of saying thank you.
What if I am not satisfied with AR Hoofbeats Equine Facilitated Wellness?
We want every person who works with the horses to find the healing they seek. If you are not satisfied with the particular program you're in, we believe the solution is to shift focus, not end the journey. We will first dedicate a session to understand the disconnect. If the current program is truly not the right fit, we will credit the unused balance toward a different AR Hoofbeats program or service that may better align with your specific emotional or developmental needs. Our priority is your success with the horses.
Are there any benefits for first-time customers?
First-time customers are recommended to take the Introductory session. This session is a discounted rate from a regular full session to give the customer an idea of what the sessions will be like, get a chance to meet the horses and facilitator and see if this program is a good fit for your wellness needs.
Do you offer riding lessons?
AR Hoofbeats does not off riding as part of our programs. The participants will engage with the horses on the ground.
